simple is not easy
Being creative requires effort, focus
and the ability to start all over again.
I've been Coordinator of the Sculpture Department of the Círculo de Arte de Toledo (from 2004 to 2015). Deputy Director of the International Meeting of Artists in Toledo, NEXO and Director of the Chainsaw Sculpting Meeting of Toledo. I've been participating and collaborating with ICAW Harlech Biennale in Wales and the International Ceramic Workshop in Gijon for several years.
I began my artistic training at the Universidad de Chile, but it was not until entering the studio of Maestro Fabian Galdamez that I discovered the three-dimensional language of Sculpture. In the late 90s I founded the New Figurative Art Group together with painters Alejandro Cortiñas, Oscar Villalon and photographer Florencia Sourrouille. Many of my works can be found in public and private collections in Spain, Argentina, Wales, Australia and Chile.
At the beginning of the '90s, while still studying, I began to actively participate as a regular collaborator in literary and comics magazines. Since then I have maintained a slight romance with literature, publishing on blogs and digital editions. You can find my published books and comics through Smashwords, Ibooks, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Scribd, Comixology and other online retailers.
